Dr. Robert Cosby

Dr. Robert Cosby is a clinical and forensic psychologist in Washington and Idaho, specializing in psychological evaluations in criminal matters. He keeps a private practice based out of Spokane, Washington that primarily focuses on federal and appellate issues. Dr. Cosby is also a Forensic Evaluator for the Office of Forensic Mental Health Services in Washington State where he serves as the assistant director of the forensic postdoctoral fellowship program.
